Three facets of operation comprise our church structure.

They are, being:

Christ Centered

Much of our emphasis is placed on increased knowledge and spiritual growth through the study of God’s Word. We promote spiritual and moral accountability resulting in lifestyle transformation. As believers in Jesus Christ, we are a group of caring, loving, committed members of the body of Christ who believe that the light of Christ will be seen working in and through us.

Word Focused

Education is a key component to empowering and strengthening prosperous lifestyles. Through our weekly Bible studies, youth ministry, men and women’s ministry, and Academics + Ministry, we provide an array of classes for all ages that develop and support healthy life skills. We strive to continue providing comprehensive and moral education.

Ministry Minded

Our community service and affiliations are diverse. One of our primary objectives is to meet the needs of the people. We have accomplished a great deal of this by our partnerships and collaborative efforts with other local organizations, businesses, and social services. Our service and support to the community reflects our commitment to Changing People, Families, Communities, and Nations.

Doctrinal Statement

We believe…

The Word of God is the sole standard for our faith and practice. It is without error in the original manuscripts. (2 Timothy 3:16)

The One True God – There is only one living and true God (l Corinthians 8:6); that in the unity of the Godhead, “The Trinity”… There are three persons – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit – are equal in every divine perfection but execute distinct offices in the work of redemption. (Acts 5:30-32)

The Holy Spirit and His Ministry – He is the agent in the new birth; He convicts of sin, seals, indwells, empowers, guides, teaches, witnesses, sanctifies, and helps the believer. (John 14:16, 17)

Original Sin and the Fall of Man – Man was created in innocence. By voluntary transgression of God’s law, he caused all men to be born in sin and under the just judgment of God. (Romans 5:12)

The Virgin Birth of Christ – Christ was miraculously begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of Mary, a virgin. He is both the Son of God and God the Son. (Matthew 1:18)

Salvation Through Faith in the Shed Blood of Christ – Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is the only condition of salvation (Ephesians 2:8, 9). Repentance is an integral part of saving faith .(Acts 20:21,Romans 10:9-13)

Sanctification of the Believer – The believer is set apart unto God. This is accomplished in a threefold manner: first, an eternal act of God, based upon redemption in Christ; second, a continuing process in the saint as the Holy Spirit applies the Word of God to the life; third, the final accomplishment of this process at the Lord’s return. (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

The Ordinances of the Local Church: Baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper – Christian baptism is the immersion of the believer to show his identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew 28:19, 20). The Lord’s Supper is the commemoration of Christ’s death until He returns. (l Corinthians 11:26)

The Baptism With the Holy Spirit – is a subsequent experience to receiving Jesus Christ by salvation, being born again and indwelled as the temple of the Holy Spirit for and in everyone who believes. (1 Corinthians 5:17, John 3:3,6, Romans 10:9-13)
